| Unlike the majority of our competitors who charge by the hour or in some cases by the half hour! We have adopted a fixed pricing strategy for our services. Now you know exactly what you will be paying with out any of the guess work which comes with time based payments. |
| Why do we use fixed prices: |
| We get to take our time to find out what it exactly causing the problem with your equipment. |
| We can thoroughly look through and repair your equipment usually taking about 2 hours. |
| We can get to know you and find out how you use your equipment making sure are repairs don't change your routines. In some cases we maybe able to advise you on better practices. |
| Similar to a handy man, you may remember something else you want looked at but forgot to mention on the phone. We don't mind having a look and giving advice on what you should do. As long as it is PC based! |
| Finally you do not have to worry about rising costs unlike you would with our competitors who charge on a time basis. |
| Please Note: Our remote assistance service is currently charged on a half hourly basis, but is damn cheap :-) |
