competitors we don't charge by the hour or even, for that
matter, by the half hour. Our fixed price service removes the
guess work and lets you know UPFRONT exactly what you'll need to
pay for a professional, efficient service that will deliver
results. We're committed to customer satisfaction, but we're also fascinated with fixing. Some problems need time to investigate and solve - time that we're happy to spend to give you an outstanding service. If the clock was ticking and a time charge was building up we'd be concerned that you might think we're overcharging and we really don't want that! We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service, and know that we're great value. |
| Why we use fixed prices: |
| We get to take our time to find out what really is causing the problem with your equipment. |
| We can thoroughly inspect and fix your equipment usually taking just under 2 hours. |
| We can get to know you and find out how you use your equipment making sure are repairs don't change your routines. In some cases we maybe able to advise you on better practices. |
| You may remember something else you wanted looking at but forgot to mention on the phone. We don't mind having a look and giving advice on what you should do. |
| Finally, you don't have to worry about rising costs like you would with our competitors who charge on a time basis. |

| We appreciate it can be confusing when a computer won't work correctly and in frustration simple settings may have been overlooked. You may have missed pressing a button or ticking a tick box during set-up we know it's possible even we do it sometimes! Therefore if we fix your problem within the first 10 minutes of arriving we will only charge £15 rather than the full price! |
