What we don't do

Charge by the hour. All our prices are fixed so you always know the final price |

Repair devices which have been liquid damaged. We can however recover data trapped on the hard drive |

If your device is jailbroken, rooted or running a custom ROM we cannot repair any faults with the software |

|
Repair faults with the motherboard. Its usually better to put this money towards a new phone |

For your reference
We charge a diagnostic fee of £29.99 if we have diagnosed the problem but you decide not to go ahead with the repair, for whatever reason. Additionally, if we have no choice and have to pay to park when collecting or returning your computer or visiting your location this charge will be added onto your final bill.
