The Founder's Log - September 2022

September 2022 has been one of the busiest I can remember - with an influx of businesses contacting us to partner. Ironically, this is after we turned off our paid advertising. I'm running an experiment to see what our lead generation is like when we have zero paid advertising running. At the moment, it looks fantastic, but a much more extended period is required to gauge valuable statistics. 

Out of the leads that did come in, most converted, which made September busy for us as we had to run multiple business transformations, data migrations and go-lives. All while bringing a national pharmacy chain live with Google Workspace by Kimbley IT.

September Assistance and Support Statistics

In September, 58 subscribers got in contact. Of those getting in touch, 43 requested assistance (they want to know how to do something better). The remaining 15 asked for support (something is not working as it should).  

81% (47) of subscribers who sent a message to us received a response and returned to doing their work within five minutes. 17.2% (10) received a reply and returned to their work within 30 minutes. The remaining contacts took slightly longer, between 30 and 60 minutes, to resolve. 

While 94.8% of subscribers did get in contact through our unique instant messaging service! Two subscribers opted to email, and one subscriber sent a message through an unapproved instant messaging program and where lucky it didn't get missed.

We believe seven subscribers would not have needed to get in contact if the companies they worked for had offered regular training through Learning Sessions by Kimbley IT.
