Extending support to your personal devices during the Coronavirus outbreak

As the government moves to the lockdown phase to combat the Coronavirus, you may find you need to work from home, possibly on your own devices.

We’ve extended our IT support and assistance for all clients to cover your team’s personal devices throughout the outbreak. No matter where you are, what device you choose to use, we'll be ready to remotely assist you and your team so you can continue to have fun while getting your work done.

To help prevent the spread of the virus from 16th March, we will be restricting visits to your work location(s). Only the most critical of problems that can't be resolved remotely, and no viable walk-around is available will get a site visit. This restriction will remain in place initially to the end of the government sanctioned lock down, but may get extended.
