The Founder's Log - October 2021

Finally, we got a new delivery date for the arrival of our final EV, a Polestar 2. Watch the video above for full details of the troublesome delivery and what we had to do to get Polestar to communicate clearly with us.

The first episode in October we delayed by one day to talk about the new Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro launches. The second episode of the month was about email turning 50 years old

October's Statistics

In October, Fifty-eight subscribers got in contact with 43 (74.1%) requesting assistance (where they want to know how to do something better) and 15 (25.9%) asked for support (where something is not working as it should).

65.5% of subscribers that sent a message to us were responded to and could get back to doing their work within five minutes, with the remainder taking between 5 and 30 minutes.

Fifty-Seven subscribers contacted us through our client's unique instant messaging service. In contrast, one subscriber opted to log an old-fashioned email ticket. 

Overall, this month we believe, nine subscribers would not have needed to contact us if the companies they worked for provided regular training through Learning Sessions by Kimbley IT. The sessions start at £210 and go up to £500, and up to ten subscribers from a single company can join one session.
