Founder's Log: April 2021 Update

Here is the Kimbley IT assistance and support statistics for April 2021. These stats were collected easily using Google Data Studio, which you get when your business partners with Kimbley IT for your IT Assistance and Support.

We were contacted 88 times by end users this month. Out of these contacts, 86.5% were for assistance (where someone wants to know or get shown how to do something better). The remaining 13.5% requests were for support (where something is not working as it should).

75.3% of requests were resolved in under 5 minutes. 21.3% took more than five minutes but less than 30 minutes to resolve. One requests took over 30 mins but less than 60 minutes to solve. One took over an hour to resolve, and one took more than a day as it needed to go to Google Support.

95.5% got in contact through instant messaging, a 1% decrease from last month. We are so close to hitting the magical 100%. Sadly, four people let us down by using email to get in contact.

Out of the 88 times end users contacted us, we worked out that if the business they worked for booked regular Learning Sessions by Kimbley IT; rather than ignoring training, 68.5% of people who got in contact with us would not have needed to as they would have known what to do.
