The Founder's Log - December 2021

We find December is usually a tranquil month as everyone prepares for the Christmas break. However, this December was slightly different! We had a new client that lasted less than one day before we fired them! Watch my Founder Log video above to hear the story.

New Podcast Episodes

In December, there was one episode of The Kimbley IT Podcast. We looked back over the year and discussed everything that happened in the company over 2021.

New Videos

Kyle has been working hard to grow our new TikTok channel with many amusing IT-related videos. Take a look!

On YouTube, we started experimenting with #shorts. A new video about changing the clock in Windows 10 to show in 24-hour time format went live. Along with a video showing how you can record personal voicemail greetings in Google Voice. Don't forget to like, subscribe and hit the bell icon to see our newest videos!

December's Assistance and Support Statistics

In December, Sixty-five subscribers got in contact. Of those getting in touch, 65.2% (43) requested assistance (they want to know how to do something better). The remaining 34.8% (23) asked for support (something is not working as it should).

56.1% (37) of subscribers that sent a message to us were responded to and could get back to doing their work within five minutes. 33.3% (22) took between 5 and 30 minutes. 6 support issues took over thirty minutes but less than one hour to rectify, with 1 taking over an hour.

97% of subscribers contacted us through our client's unique instant messaging service. In contrast, two subscribers opted to log an old-fashioned email ticket.

Overall, this month we believe, 9 subscribers would not have needed to contact us if the companies they worked for provided regular training through Learning Sessions by Kimbley IT. The sessions start at £210 and go up to £500, and up to ten subscribers from a single company can join one session.
