Using Google Drawings included with G Suite, you should make a map of your office. Where everyone currently sits, any break out areas, you may have, kitchens, conference rooms and more.

Then in Google Drawings, you'll need to make another map. With this second map, you will take into account social distancing within your office layout. And where possible making sure there is enough empty room between your team members to reduce the chances of COVID 19 spreading from one to another.

It may be the case your offices are simply too small to allow for adequate space between your team members. In these cases, you should continue to enable team members to work from home, so you can free up space in your office for team members that have to be in the office to do their work.
