How to let others book meetings in your Google Calendar

Over the last few years, publishing your calendar has become increasingly popular so people can easily book a meeting with you. It makes sense, as we have all experienced the frustration of emailing back and forth, trying to find a date both parties can meet. Sharing your calendar eliminates this and makes it very simple for someone to find a date that everyone involved can meet.

Previously, you would have needed to use a third-party service to allow others to book meetings with you. Most would offer a basic appointment booking service for free, but as soon as you needed a bit more, you'd have to subscribe.

As part of your Google Workspace subscription, Google Calendar now offers appointment booking. You can quickly create and share a booking form with team members and external contacts who can find a time and schedule a meeting with you.

Setting up a booking appointment schedule in Google Calendar is simple. But, describing the process in this blog post would take many thousands of words, so instead, you should watch the video we have created below to learn how to set up appointment scheduling in Google Calendar.
