How to create dividend vouchers using Google Forms and Google Sheets

In this video, I show you how to use Google Forms to populate a Google Sheet and then use the stored data in the sheet to create dividend vouchers.

Once you have set up this process, all you will need to do is complete the Google Form, and a Dividend Voucher will get automatically generated in a PDF and place inside your Google Drive. Imagine how much time that will save you! Especially if you're an accountant!

I got fed up with manually making documents every month. In particular the Dividend Voucher and minutes required by UK law. So I decided to use Google Forms, Sheets and Docs to automatically build a file for me. All I have to do is enter the basic details into a Google Form.
