As your life proceeds, your circumstances may change, and you will probably want your Google Workspace profile to reflect these changes so your team has up to date information about you.
It could be that you have got married and need to update your surname? You've change work locations, email or telephone number? You've got a great new photo you want to use as your profile photo? Or you have got to that age where you don't want people to know it is your birthday. You can edit all this and more on your profile page.
You can also change the visibility of the information contained in your profile. You can make it private, only visible to people in your organisation or visible to anyone with your email address.
To access your Google profile page, you need to navigate to https://myaccount.google.com/profile. From here, you will be able to make all the changes you need to your profile and set visibility settings for each area of your Google Profile.
