The Founders Log - December 2025 Review
December saw a welcome return to form with a surge in new leads and several exciting conversions, including Future Tech Events and The Good Skin Care company. It was particularly encouraging to see our subscribers so well-prepared for the festive break this year, as the typical last-minute rush never materialised, allowing for a much smoother end to the month. On the strategic side, I’ve made the decision to conclude a nine-month marketing campaign in March; while it didn’t hit all its targets, the lessons learned have been invaluable and will directly shape our improved approach for the year ahead.
The Founders Log - November 2025 Review
November saw a return to networking with a productive IT support meetup in Milton Keynes, setting a new standard for valuable industry connections heading into 2026. I also took a hands-on approach to our YouTube content, personally editing videos to refine our visual style before handing the process back to our editor with a clear new benchmark for quality. To top off the month, we delivered a successful Learning Session for a major client, empowering their team to boost productivity by masterfully integrating Gemini AI and new automation features into their Google Workspace workflows.
